JOB SUMMARY: Analyze discharged medical records for chart completion.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   
1. Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Degree in Health Information
Technology ,RHIT preferred OR minimum of 7(seven years) experience

2. Work Experience (Years and Area): A minimum of 7(seven years) experience or a RHIT with 5 ( five years of experience); Health Information Technology: Must have knowledge of Federal Regulatory requirements for Medical Record documentation.

3. Equipment Operated: Chart deficiency/dictation/transcription systems/EMR/MS
office suite(Word,Excel,Powerpoint) Adobe(PDF)/Scanning/
