Job Profile

 

To provide leadership in the day to day operations of the inpatient pharmacy through hiring, training, developing and scheduling competent staff, developing efficient pharmacy operations and processes which provide excellence in patient care, patient safety and adhere to all regulatory rules, and to do so exercising to fiscal responsibility in terms of revenue generation and expenses.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors or PharmD in pharmacy + Registered with Texas State Board of Pharmacy

Work Experience:  2 years total pharmacy experience preferred

Management Experience:  1-2 years, preferred

Special Requirements:
Communication Skills:  Writing/Composing Reports

Analytical, Design, Mathematics, Medical Terms, PC, Research, Statistical and Word Processing

Work Schedule:  Weekends, Holidays, Flexible and Overtime
