The Sr. Integrated Lab Systems Analyst / Epic Clinical Systems Analyst III ensures that the operational interests of their respective functional areas are being fully represented in the day-to-day operations of the Information Systems Department.  This role supports the Lab applications deployed within Harris Health System.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's degree in an Information Systems / Clinical Informatics related field or 4 years of  related IT experience in a Healthcare environment. Certification for at least one Epic Clinical Application

Work Experience: 5+ Years within I.T.  Three (3) Years Hospital Health Care Organizations Business Analysis (Lab Systems, DI (Data Innovations) or Blood Bank strongly preferred)

Bachelors Degree Major: Bachelor's degree in an Information Systems / Clinical Informatics related field
    
Work Schedule:   On Call

Other Requirements:
Healthcare Information Technology experience.
Understands the limitations and opportunities presented by the applications supported.
Ability to recommend process improvements based upon industry standards in addition to resolving integrated process issues.
Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously, be able to prioritize effectively, and meet overlapping deadlines.
